Black Oak Exploration, LLC (“BOE” or the “Company”) is an operating business based in Denver, CO primarily focused on the acquisition and development of conventional oil properties in Western Kansas.

The BOE team has worked on numerous transactions and formerly ran the Kansas operations for a private independent that was actively acquiring and developing oil properties in Kansas.

• BOE focuses on extracting value from assets that possess an attractive cash flow profile and multiple development upside opportunities that are economic at current commodity prices. BOE utilizes 3D seismic analytics as well as other key capabilities to maximize value.
