Fulcrum Energy Capital Funds is a Denver, Colorado-based private investment firm focused on lower middle market upstream oil and gas investment opportunities in North America. The Fulcrum funds target privately-negotiated, structured equity, private credit, and asset level investments. Fulcrum’s strategy is designed to capitalize on opportunistic, and often contrarian investment opportunities, investing across the capital structure and seeking to improve operations through its in-house team of engineers and technical experts. The firm operates and manages certain assets in-house on behalf of investors through an affiliate, Fulcrum Energy Operating, LLC.

FULCRUM ENERGY CAPITAL FUND I

Fulcrum Energy Capital Fund I was launched in 2016 and currently holds interests in over 1,800 producing wells and over 100,000 leasehold acres. Fund I is fully invested in five deals.

FULCRUM ENERGY CAPITAL FUND II

Fund II is actively pursuing new investment opportunities and seven private investments have been made out of this investment vehicle to date.
