Epic Resources LLC (“Epic” or the “Company”) is a low-cost operator based in Midland, TX primarily focused on conventional assets in the Permian Basin.

The investment strategy of the Company is centered on the proven ability of the principals and management team to identify acquisition opportunities, exploit the potential of acquired properties and monetize investments at enhanced values.

Since inception, management has demonstrated an ability to recognize enhanced value from acquisitions that include substantial producing reserves as well as ones with minimal current production and significant undeveloped reserves.

• Over the 20+ years that Epic’s management team has been in business, the principals have proven their ability to identify and execute acquisitions, exploit the acquired assets and monetize investments that result in significant rates of return.
