In Q4 2017, Fulcrum closed on an additional acquisition of 70 oil and gas properties positioned across ten counties in Western Oklahoma. The acquisition was a privately negotiated transaction where we were able to acquire a diverse asset base in a carve-out from a public company seller. Our operating partner in Oklahoma City, Edinger Engineering, operates the properties on behalf of the investor group.
